Pre-service teacher education is the course which is offered by the students before they join the teaching profession. Pre-service teacher education (PSTE) programs are the first form of professional study that individuals complete to enter the teaching profession. It is well known that the quality and extent of learner achievement are determined primarily by teacher competence, sensitivity and teacher motivation.
